He is the Founder & Director of THE CLINICS with centres located at Green Park and Hauz Khas, New Delhi, offering surgical care ranging from routine day-care procedures to complex gastrointestinal and cancer surgeries. His work in minimally invasive surgery includes laparoscopic procedures for gastrointestinal cancers, hernia, gallbladder disease, reflux disorders, colorectal conditions, obesity surgery, liver disorders, and abdominal wall reconstruction. His approach focuses on faster recovery, reduced pain, minimal scarring, and evidence-based surgical care.

At THE CLINICS MISC (Minimal Invasive Surgery Centre), Dr. Bansal leads a surgical facility equipped with laparoscopic technology, modular operation theatres, HDU care, and modern infection-control systems. The centre handles both routine surgical procedures and complex laparoscopic cancer surgeries under one roof.

Dr. Saurabh Bansal is also associated as a Visiting Consultant Surgeon at Apollo Hospitals, Apollo Spectra Hospitals, and National Heart Institute, New Delhi, where he provides advanced gastrointestinal, laparoscopic, and cancer surgical care. He trained directly under Padma Shri Dr C. Palanivelu at GEM Hospital, Coimbatore, and in colorectal surgery under Dr William Chen at China Medical University Hospital, Taichung, Taiwan.
